Muzaffarabad, Jan 26: Supreme Commander of Hizbul Mujahideen Syed Salahuddin on Monday said that US endorsing India’s bid for a permanent seat in the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) would render the World Body good-for-nothing.
“Mr (Barack) Obama you should use your good offices to persuade India to implement the decades old UN Security Council resolutions on Kashmir… We have been saddened to hear that you have (instead) endorsed India’s demand for a permanent seat in the Security Council,” regretted Salahuddin, who heads Kashmir’s largest and mainly indigenous militant group, at a press conference here. He was accompanied by Jamaat ud Dawa (JuD) PaK chapter ameer Abdul Aziz Alvi and some other leaders. “Your stance amounts to rubbing salt into the wounds of Kashmiris afflicted by the so-called largest democracy,” he added, referring to India.

He maintained that by supporting India, US had exposed its “double standards and callous disregard to the humanity and international laws.” According to him, Obama’s support to India was due to the fear of China, as Washington could not put up with a China emerging as a global economic giant.
“What’s the sin of Kashmiris? Except for their demand for the right that Indian leadership itself pledged to them, time and again, before the comity of nations,” he said, in a reference to the UNSC resolutions, envisaging a free, fair and impartial plebiscite to help Kashmiris determine their future status.
Salahuddin pointed out that the way India has been committing human rights violations in held Kashmir at the strength of its military might left no entitlement for her to become the UNSC permanent member.
“With such India sitting in the Security Council the UN will become a discredited and good-for-nothing institution,” he said. Salahuddin said he had no qualms about the fact that India was fully involved in causing instability in Pakistan through financial and material support to secessionist movement in Balochistan.
“Pakistan has suffered at the hands of cowardly and apologetic attitude of its leadership towards India, as well as unilateral friendliness,” he said. He stressed upon Islamabad to adopt an aggressive and courageous policy on Kashmir while sticking to its principled stand on the issue.
“Pakistan is far better placed than India in many respects. I wonder what are they afraid of?” To a question, he said armed struggle was the only option for settlement of Kashmir. “Given the Indian intransigence, I will tell all and sundry not to pin hopes on peaceful means,” he said.
He asked India to read the writings on the wall, and grant Kashmiris their inalienable right to self-determination. Salahuddin also denounced Islamabad’s decision to freeze the assets of JuD and said: “I can tell you with certainty, neither any ban can be clamped on Jamaat ud Dawa nor it can take effect.” In response to a question, he said India had tried its best to get Hizb declared as a terrorist group but had to cut a sorry figure.
“We cannot be banned, because we are an indigenous group, struggling against India in accordance with the UN Charter,” he added.

(This punishment is for unmarried persons guilty of the above crime but if married persons commit it, the punishment is to stone them to death, according to Allah's Law).

Al'Quraan Surah Noor

Prophet Mohammad PBUH

Narrated: Abu Huraira (R.A) that a man said to the Prophet, sallallahu 'alayhi wasallam: "Advise me! "The Prophet (PBUH) said, "Do not become angry and furious." The man asked (the same) again and again, and the Prophet said in each case, "Do not become angry and furious." [Al-Bukhari; Vol. 8 No. 137]
