Jama’at-e-Islami J&K hails the efforts of the prominent personalities belonging to both the communities of Hindus and Muslims in Rajouri for upholding the communal brotherhood and mutual cordial relations and as such defeating the vicious designs of the communal elements controlled by some RSS ideologues who tried to vitiate these relations by burning a flag with sacred words of Kalima printed on it. With the timely intervention of these saner personalities including Maulana Amir Muhammad Shamsi of Jama’at-e-Islami, the situation got controlled otherwise it would have taken a very ugly turn. These communalist elements seem to be bent upon causing a rift between the Muslims and Hindus particularly in the Jammu province to achieve their nefarious designs. Jama’at strongly condemns the ill-designed activities of RSS-Bajrang Dal communalist activists and demands a stringent action against such anti-social elements in order to preserve the age-old communal harmony in the state.

Jama’at-e-Islami also expresses its deep anguish over the disgusting plan of Delhi government to resettle those retired army soldiers who have served the Indian army in any part of J&K whether residents or non-residents. This plan seems to be a part of well-designed plan to change the demography of this Muslim-dominated state and transform it into a military zone. Everybody knows this fact that J&K is the most concentrated military zone of India and lacs of soldiers do serve here and if all these soldiers are settled here, then the time will come very soon when no place will be left for coming generations to settle in their own homeland and they will be forced to migrate to other places than their own homeland just like Palestine which has proved a jail for the original settlers after the Israeli ex-soldiers and other people were allowed to settle in the land belonging to Palestinians. Now the original Palestinian people have no place in their homeland for their settlement and their land is freely used by the Jews from far-off places. The Indian government is framing policies vis-à-vis Jammu and Kashmir on the same pattern which have already been adopted and implemented in the Palestine by the Israeli government. By implementing such plans in J&K, a permanent rift may be created among different religious sects who have been living here in cordial atmosphere.

Jama’at also appeals all the prominent Islamic scholars and intellectuals to focus on these very crucial matters on the priority basis so that a joint strategy is adopted to defeat these evil designs well in time

Al'Quraan

The woman and the man guilty of illegal sexual intercourse, flog each of them with a hundred stripes. Let not pity withhold you in their case, in a punishment prescribed by Allah, if you believe in Allah and the Last Day. And let a party of the believers witness their punishment. (This punishment is for unmarried persons guilty of the above crime but if married persons commit it, the punishment is to stone them to death, according to Allah's Law).

Al'Quraan Surah Noor

Prophet Mohammad PBUH

Narrated: Abu Huraira (R.A) that a man said to the Prophet, sallallahu 'alayhi wasallam: "Advise me! "The Prophet (PBUH) said, "Do not become angry and furious." The man asked (the same) again and again, and the Prophet said in each case, "Do not become angry and furious." [Al-Bukhari; Vol. 8 No. 137]
